Even today, much of the olive harvest is traditionally done by hand picking; the olives brought to the mill are processed within 24 hours to safeguard the integrity of the aromatic and phenolic components.

Equipped with a modern Alfalaval olive processing plant with cold extraction, the Del Pasqua crusher also carries out milling and packaging work for third parties.

  • The plant is equipped with a line for bottling and packaging; and storage under nitrogen to guarantee the organoleptic characteristics of our "IL MAGNIFICO" oil while awaiting bottling.
